Booking terms: Go2rome
Go2rome ("we" or "us") is one of the trading names of Go Srl. P.Iva 05796821006, Viale Opita Oppio, 7676, Rome, Italy (00174).
The acceptance of the reservation is subject to:
the availability of the apartment at the moment the written request is received;
the payment of a deposit, as a down payment;
the authorisation for eventual debits of other amounts foreseen in Point 3 in the case of cancellation.
The reservation is accepted only when Go2Rome.com sends a written communication (by fax or e-mail).
When the written confirmation that the apartment is available is received, and in respect of the terms contained therein, the client will pay an amount equal to 20% of the total price of the reserved holiday sending a fax to 06-76967961 or an email that authorises the debit of the established percentage on a credit card (for which you will already have sent the number and expiry date), including details of the name of the apartment and the period of stay.
The balance will be paid at check-in in cash, together with the signature of the holiday rental contract.
The price of the holiday for the required period is that shown by Go2Rome.com in the written reservation confirmation.
Apart from the apartment which is completely furnished and equipped, the price includes the following services: reception during office hours (from 14:00 to 20:00), initial and final cleaning, linen , utilities (not included for long stay)such as electricity and gas .
The price does not include transfer from and to the airport.
All of the prices shown are in Euros.
Prices are in Euros (€) and are stated on the site. However, these may not correspond to the final prices formulated to you. For both accommodation and products, we reserve the right to change the stated selling price as established by the owner(s) and operator(s). A final price will be formulated in the final booking statement we will send you following a booking request.
CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
No penalties will be applied for cancellations made until 7 days prior to arrival (except for the deposit made when you booked which is non refundable)
From 6 days until the day prior to arrival: 100% (This because, unlike hotel rooms, apartments are very difficult to book within 6 days of arrival)
No show: 100% penalty
Go2Rome.com is authorised to debit the amount on the Credit Card indicated by the client upon reservation for these payments. The client will not have the right to any reimbursement if he voluntarily interrupts the holiday and leaves before the established departure date.
Cancellation by the client has to be communicated to Go2rome IN WRITING via e-mail to info@Go2Rome.com or via fax to +39 06 76967961. Cancellation communicated on the phone or via sms or to owners direclty will not be considered as valid and effective.
In the event that the apartment is not available for justified reasons, go2rome.com. reserves the right to offer an adequate alternative solution to the original reservation.
If the client should not wish to accept the alternative that is offered, every obligation will be terminated and the client will recieve a full refund.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Four days before your arrival (weekdays from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 to 23:00) the client will telephone go2rome(on 06-76967961 or 06-76983140) or send us a mail (on info@Go2Rome.com), to inform the office of their planned arrival time and to obtain the final details about their welcome at the apartment.
If the client does not make the information known at the required time, the agency will not be responsible for any eventual delays or failure to collect you, in as much as the apartments do not have a reception (like hotels do) and the welcome must therefore be organised.
The apartment is delivered between 14:00 and 20:00 on the arrival date and must be left before 10:00 on the departure date. Arrival and departure can be organised for different times, according to the availability of go2rome.com staff and with the following additional costs:
For arrival between 20:00 and 22:00: €30.00.
For arrival between 22:00 and 24:00: €40.00.
For arrival after 24:00: €50.00.
15 euro extra will be added for each additional hour after midnight.
At the agreed time an employee of go2rome.com. will wait for the guest in the apartment, to hand over the keys and also to supply useful information about the apartment itself.
In order to make the arrival easier the guest is asked to supply details of their transport (by fax or e-mail), as well as flight number, train details or planned arrival time in their car.
During the stay the guest will agree with go2rome.com about the actual return of the apartment which, you are reminded, will occur before 10:00 on the morning of the departure date.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE
The description of each apartment includes the number of people who are allowed to stay there.
go2rome.com will deliver the apartment clean, well-equipped with linen and all that you need for a brief stay.
RULES FOR CLIENTS
All the rules of the building must be obeyed. From 13:00 until 15:00 and from 23:00 until 08:00 the guests in the apartment must not make any noise that could disturb other residents.
In the event that the client should not respect the rules of the building or those established by go2rome.com, the latter reserves the right of expelling them from the apartment without any reimbursement.
In the event that the guest requires the presence of our staff during their stay for a reason that go2rome.com may consider unimportant, they will be debited €40.00 every time.
In the event that the keys be lost, broken or damaged or that a locksmith is needed to open the door, go2rome.com will be authorised to debit the amount of €70.00 which includes the replacement of the lock (where there are no other costs borne).
In the event that the guest forgets the keys inside the apartment and the services of go2rome.com staff be required to open the door, the amount that will be debited is €40.00.
If there should be any problems during the stay, the client is asked to communicate this to the management of go2rome.com as soon as possible, in order to provide a speedy solution to the problem: any eventual claims that are made after departure will not lead to reimbursement by go2rome.com, for whatever cause or reason.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
The contract signed between the client and go2rome.com is regulated by Italian Law and exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian Courts.
